BILLING INFORMATION:

      • Initial payment is required at the time of booking 
      • Payments will be calculated at the time of booking into equal payment amounts 
      • Your invoice will reflect your payment schedule based on your booking date 

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

      • We highly recommended TRAVEL INSURANCE.                                          Not being able to make your trip is bad enough. But losing the funds invested is even worst. 
      • It’s recommended that you do proper research and choose travel insurance carefully
      • Travel Insurance Information

TRAVEL INFORMATION:

      • Traveling to Punta Cana requires a passport valid for six months beyond your travel date. Please review your passport right now to ensure it is not expiring soon.
      • We will not provide refunds for any expired passports. Please be sure to check your passports expiration date prior to completing your booking. 
      • You are responsible for purchasing your own flight to Punta Cana 45 days prior, so we can provide your flight information to your vendor for your airport transfer. 
      •  When you have purchased your flight please provided your flight information here, so we can ensure a shuttle is ready to transfer you to the resort. ENTER FLIGHT INFORMATION
      • It’s the responsibility of the guest to update Excellence’s Travel of any email address changes.
      • You have the option to pay in full or select a convenient payment schedule. If you choose a payment schedule, please advise you will receive monthly reminder emails. If you choose to opt out of receiving those email please contact us at info@excellencestrave-hq8e0h5yz9.live-website.com
      • Once full payment is received no later than the final due date, travel documentation, itineraries, and travel instruction will be distributed via email 45 days prior to departure. 
      • This resort is about 1hour from Punta Cana International Airport.

Terms & Conditions 

      • Booking this package signifies your acknowledgment of our Terms and Conditions, COVID requirements, and COVID protocol for Traveling to Punta Cana.
      • All of your payments to Excellence’s Travel and their supplies are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
      • Prices are subject to change without notice. Complete your booking to secure the rate.
      • Booking must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your government issued-identification.
      • Monthly Payments are required to keep your booking current. 
      • You must ensure your roommate if applicable is also making timely monthly payments.
      • Name changes are allowed based on suppliers and change fees of $150 to $200. 
      •  ALL LATE PAYMENTS will be subject to late payment penalty of $50 if received after the final due date.
      • You can log into your client portal to view your invoice and reservation 24 hours a day.
