BILLING INFORMATION:

      • Initial payment is required at the time of booking 
      • Payments will be calculated at the time of booking into equal payment amounts 
      • Your invoice will reflect your payment schedule based on your booking date

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

      • Not being able to make your trip is bad enough. But losing the funds invested is even worst. Therefore, travel insurance is highly recommended.

TRAVEL INFORMATION:

      • Traveling to Jamaica requires a passport valid for six months beyond your travel date. Please review your passport right now to ensure it is not expiring soon.
      • Refunds will not be provided for expired passports 
      • You are responsible for purchasing your own flight to Jamaica 45 days prior, so we can provide your flight information to your vendor for your airport transfer. 
      •  If you have purchased your flight, please provide your flight information here, so we can ensure a shuttle is ready to transfer you to the resort. ENTER FLIGHT INFORMATION
      • Guests are responsible for informing Excellence’s Travel of any email address changes.
      •  When making your booking, you have the option to pay in full or select our convenient payment plan. If you choose to opt into our payment plan option, you will be added to an automatic monthly payment plan option.       • Once full payment is received no later than the final due date, travel documentation, itineraries, and travel instruction will be distributed via email 45 days prior to departure. 
      • This resort is about 60 minutes from MBJ International Airport.

      • Booking this package signifies your acknowledgment of our Terms and Conditions, COVID requirements, and COVID protocol for Traveling to Jamaica.
      • All of your payments to Excellence’s Travel and their supplies are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
      • Prices are subject to change without notice. Complete your booking to secure the rate.
      • Booking must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your government issued-identification.
      • Monthly Payments are required to keep your booking current. 
      • You must ensure your roommate if applicable is also making timely monthly payments.
      • Name changes are allowed based on suppliers and change fees of $60. 
      • Late Payments WILL NOT BE ALLOWED 
      • You can access Travel Joy to view your booking 24 hours a day
      •  Late payment penalties will apply for any payment received after the final due date.
