TRAVEL INSURANCE:

- - Not being able to make your trip is bad enough. But losing the funds invested is even worst. Therefore, travel insurance is highly recommended.

TRAVEL INFORMATION:

- - Travelers are responsible for ensuring their travel documents are up-to-date and correct. Please check with your respective consulate(s) or issuing visa agency to determine if any visa or passport is required for travel.
  - Refunds will not be provided for expired passports.
  - ALL TRAVELERS MUST BE VACCINATED
  - You are responsible for purchasing your own flight therefore we advise that all travelers begin researching flights for this event 10 months prior.
  - I highly recommend that all travelers find a flight that arrives into Barcelona no later than 1PM. You should arrive to the cruise port and ship no later than 2PM. NO EXCEPTION!
  - Please note you should depart from the United States on August 19th to arrive in Barcelona, Spain on August 20th. Barcelona’s airport code is BCN.
  - Guests are responsible for informing Excellence’s Travel of any email address changes.
  - When making your booking, you have the option to pay in full or select our convenient payment plan schedule. If you choose to use the payment schedule provided you will receive monthly reminders when your payment is due. You can opt-out of the program by emailing us at info@excellencestrave-hq8e0h5yz9.live-website.com.
  - Once full payment is received no later than the final due date, travel documentation, itineraries, and travel instruction will be distributed via email 45 days before departure.

  - Booking must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your government issued-identification.

- - Monthly Payments are required to keep your booking current.
  - You must ensure your roommate if applicable is also making timely monthly payments.
  - Name changes are allowed based on suppliers and change fees of $60.
  - Late Payments WILL NOT BE ALLOWED
