Excellence’s Travel is a full-service online travel company that a makes travel arrangements for busy individuals and groups.

Yes, we are certified through our host agency with a ARC, CLIA and IATA.

We are available via email anytime of the day and on the weekends. We are available via phone Monday – Friday 2 pm to 11pm and Saturday 10 am to 10 pm . We reply very quickly via email at info@excellencestravel.com

Booking Questions

Once your booking is completed, you will receive an invoice summary. Your invoice summary will include your monthly payment plan. The monthly payment breakdown is that of which you have selected at your time of booking and set to charge your credit card monthly. You can always choose to opt-out of the automatic monthly billing option.

You can complete your monthly payment using different months. You can receive monthly payment reminder invoices, completed a credit card authorization on our website each month, or reach out to us via email for an updated invoice.

Travel documents and itineraries are disbursed to each traveler 30 days prior to their departure via email

Payment Questions

We accept online payments or mail-in payments. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. For payments via mail, we accept only money orders and certified checks. For all individual bookings (private reservations), we accept credit card authorization forms.

No. We don’t offer refunds and payments are non-transferable. Each client is required to accept the Terms and Conditions before the completion of each reservation. To protect your investment, each and every client is recommended to obtain travel insurance.

We encourage each client to make a payment each month. If you are unable to make your payment please inform us via email at info@excellencestravel.com. If you fail to make a payment within 60 days, and we have received no form of communication from you, then your booking will be automatically cancelled.
